Having spent over a decade working for some of the major players in the engineering recruitment market and playing by their rules we decided we wanted a change. NDC recruitment was conceived so that we could make our own rules and work on our terms and not to a global vision or strategy devised by a bean counter in an ivory tower.

Our ethos pays homage to the theory that the best engineering innovations are usually the simplest and most straight forward that made you think “Why didn’t I think of that?”

We aim to understand a client’s needs and offer a consultative approach to recruitment. We are building partnerships with like minded businesses in a collaborative manner for a mutual benefit. We only employ consultants with an engineering background and therefore expect them to be able to at least have an appreciation of your market sector if not a full understanding.
